You will need:
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Oil
Ingredients:
Cake wheat flour (gluten), Sugar, Milk substitute (Milk Protein), Maize starch, Sodium bicarbonate, Natural colourant
Baking Instructions:
- Place contents into a mixing bowl (16cm Diameter)
- Add 3 eggs
- Add 1/4 cup of milk
- Add 1/4 cup of oil
- Optional: 5ml vanilla essence
- Beat mix together
- Pour into 15 small cupcake cases OR 8 large cupcake cases
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes (1000w)
- OR Cake Microwave on high for 3 minutes (1000w)
